Abstract

The present invention is a double acting shaping module, which has cross rolling and is disposed on a forging machine having a floating body and a platform. The double acting shaping module comprises a module seat, which is installed at the bottom of the floating body; a foundation, which is installed on the top of the platform and is located relatively under the module seat; a floating unit, which is located on the platform and has a floating base; and a cross-rolling shaping unit, which is located between the module seat and the foundation. The cross-rolling shaping unit has an upper cast; a lower cast, which is located relatively under the upper cast and is slidably disposed on the top of the floating base; and a double acting mechanism, which is located on the top of foundation and is respectively connected to one side of upper and lower casts. When the module seat moves down and is propped against the top of the upper cast and the floating base, it can drive the double acting mechanism, enabling the double acting mechanism to move with the upper and lower casts in relatively lateral movement, so as to shape a long axial work having changeable cross-section.
