Abstract

This invention provides a coating method for the through-hole of heat-dissipation fin, and fixture thereof. The fixture is an empty tube built with heat-conduction medium. There are plural material-outlet holes at the rim of one end of the tube. A scratching plate is built circularly at the rear rim close to the material-outlet hole. When penetrating the heat-conduction tube into the through hole of the heat-dissipation fin, it penetrates the fixture into the through hole of the heat-dissipation fin. Further, it applies external force from the other end of the tube. Therefore, the heat-conduction medium in the tube spills out from the material-outlet hole. Furthermore, it pulls the tube backwards outside the heat-dissipation fin. During the pulling and shifting process, the scratching plate on the tube coats the spilt heat-conduction medium on the inner rim surface of the through-hole in the heat-dissipation fin.
