Abstract

A display for indicating fluid direction is provided. The display for indicating the fluid direction is disposed on a joint and a pipe where the fluid passes. By using the display, one can easily observe whether the fluid is flowing in pipes and in which direction the fluid flows. A display element 31 is freely disposed on the fluid pipes along the axial direction. A force generated by a spring element 34 is applied to the middle position of the display element. A middle position display 36, a forward flow direction display 36a and a counter flow direction display 36b are disposed on the display element 31, wherein the middle position display 36 allows the display element 31 to be emersed through the display windows 35 when the display element 31 is on the middle position, the forward flow direction display 36a allows the display element 31 to be emersed through the display windows 35 when the display element 31 is on the forward flow direction position because of the fluid flow, and the counter flow direction display 36b allows the display element 31 to be emersed through the display windows 35 when the display element 31 is on the counter flow direction position because of the fluid flow.
