This invention relates to a method of cleaning and discharging exhaust gas by atomizing cleansing liquid and using turbulent flow, which comprises the steps of: (A) atomizing the cleansing liquid; (B) passing the exhaust gas though the cleansing liquid and creating turbulent flow for sufficient mixing; (C) reacting the harmful substances in the exhaust gas with the cleansing liquid particles; (D) performing a defrost treatment onto the exhaust gas; and (E) discharging the treated exhaust gas. With the aforementioned steps, the invention can cleanse exhaust gas with low energy consumption effect while no packing material is required.
