Abstract

The present invention provides an electric ear picker and the unit thereof, especially as an innovatively hygienic assistant product using the vibration of motor and the theory of exhaustion to clean wax, mainly disposed with a battery for substrate and with a motor set. The starting of motor is controlled by a switch, and the substrate together with battery and motor are disposed with a casing, which is suitable for handheld. The front end of casing is disposed with an axial seat, and plural of air holes are engraved in the peripheral of axial seat. The mandrel of motor penetrates through the axial seat and connects a fan, which is installed in the axial seat. An eccentric gravity seal is disposed in front of the fan, so that the motor can drive the fan to operate, performing the extraction movement, and at the same time, creating vibration effect with slight swinging. The center of eccentric gravity seal is extendedly disposed with a tube section, which connects to the connecting tube inside a cap for axial seat and finally connects to a unit of ear picker component extending forward behind a filter cover inside the connecting tube of the cap, so as to construct the structure of electric ear picker. The ear-picking element in front of the unit can result in the vibrating and stripping effect on the stacked wax in ear canal using the motor to transmit the fan to extract and operating coordinately with swinging vibration resulting from the eccentric gravity seal, so that the wax can be peeled off, transmitted backward accompanying with airflow and collected in filter cover, reaching excellent cleaning efficiency. Furthermore, the effect of swinging effect can have the effect on both cleaning of ear canal and itching relieving, and concerning the following-up cleaning, it is convenient to clean wax only by taking the filter cover out, so that this invention is really an innovative design having practicability and convenience.
