Abstract

An integrated fiber optic gyro sensing device is provided for refracting light beam into/from a plane waveguide network using to a plurality of optical gratings. Further, a light source, splitters, detector, polarizer and phase modulator are integrated on a substrate. Therefore, the production time and the production cost for the integrated fiber optic gyro sensing device are reduced. Furthermore, additional splitter and detector are integrated on a substrate to guide and detect a portion of incident light beam from the light source, thereby generating a feedback signal to feedback control the light source. Therefore, the light source steadily outputs the incident light beam.
