Abstract

This invention relates to a head unit installed in the taping device, which can supply the protective tape, while also performing the complex taping functions of adjusting tension, compressing, and cutting, characterized in comprising: a loading drum capable of controlling the rotary force according to the control pad, provided with a guiding plate and a elastic spring which are detachable and used when the protective tape passes the stopper and is stored, and rotatably installed on the fixed axis together with a disk; a guide wheel provided near the loading drum, capable of being fixated the position by the control of the first and second knobs, and having adjustable width by manufacturing interior and exterior wheel respectively; a suit provided with a loading wheel which uses an elastic spring around the hinge as an axis to maintain close contact and attaches the protective tape supplied by the guide wheel, and a holder maintained elastically butting with inner face by the elastic spring and an elastic plate with the anchor bar as an axis; a cutter nearby the loading wheel of the suit that cuts the protective tape using the fixed and flexible blades that elevate due to activation of a cylinder; a press wheel in the back of the cutter that presses the protective tape on the case and may rotate around the anchor axis; a tip elevates along with the guide rail by the activation of the cylinder, having a sharp-edged slant that attaches the protective tape around its edges more closely. Therefore, by the head unit which can supply the protective tape, while also performing the complex taping functions of adjusting tension, compressing, and cutting, the work efficiency can be enhanced, while having the excellent effect of being capable of precisely attaching the protective tape by a compact and reasonable structure.
