Abstract

This invention relates to security monitoring equipment for mobile object under a predetermined condition, and the method thereof. A moving machine is built on the mobile object. The moving machine comprises a basic CPU, a positioner, a communicator, and a speaker. The main terminal has a CPU externally connected with the Internet, and different networks like the telephone network. Through the corresponding network, or common workstation terminal, the preset terminal transmit to the CPU of the main terminal to command the conditions of the moving machine, including the passing path, the time of passing through and staying, the position coordinates of the access control areas and so on relating to the moving machine. The positioner, and the communicator are utilized to receive the GPS signal and send back to the main terminal to check with every condition. When a condition is not met, a signal is sent to the main terminal and the preset terminal or the moving machine to make every terminal or the moving machine launch the early warning. Hence, the main terminal and the preset terminal provide with the security monitoring and for the moving machine to achieve the goal of security monitoring. Therefore, the moving machine is built on any mobile object, such as: children, old people or vehicles with certain driving paths. Eventually, it achieves the effects of the security monitoring for the mobile object.
