Abstract

The present invention discloses a public guiding/blind-guiding system, which comprises a sensing device installed in a specific location and a receiving device installed on a user's personally accessory. When the receiving device of the user's personal accessory approaches the sensing device, the receiving device generates a radio wave for being transmitted to the sensing device. The radio wave is then transformed into electric power required by the sensing device, and a built-in identification code of the sensing device is wirelessly output at the same time for being received and processed by the receiving device, such that the receiving device informs the user about a current surrounding state in which the user is situated. Therefore, a guiding purpose for general users is achieved through the instant messages provided by the system; and a blind-guiding purpose for special users, i.e. the blind, is achieved through the instant messages provided the system.
