Abstract
This invention discloses an improved battery core with interlaced arrangement electrodes and the manufacturing method thereof. A plurality of anode plates and cathode plates are separately interlaced up and down, not overlapped, and arranged on the upper and lower surface of at least one isolation film. Then the isolation film is repeatedly folded to cause the anode plates and cathode plates to be separately interlaced to form a battery core, so as the assembly efficiency can be increased and the anode electrodes and cathode electrodes can be precisely located. This invention can simplify the manufacturing process of a battery core and the size of the manufactured battery core can be effectively reduced. This method can increase the density of energy and improve many disadvantages of a traditional battery core.
