Abstract
A crystallizable glass of Li2O-Al2O3-SiO2 system is provided, which can be crystallized by a crystallization process under a lower temperature to produce crystallized glass of Li2O-Al2O3-SiO2 system with excellent thermal characteristics. The crystallizable glass and crystallized glass of Li2O-Al2O3-SiO2 system comprises the following components: SiO2, Al2O3, Li2O, TiO2, ZrO2, P2O5, F, B2O3, Na2O, K2O, MgO, ZnO, BaO, SrO, As2O3, and Sb2O3, wherein the compositions thereof in weight percentages are: SiO2---58.0 to 66.0wt%; Al2O3---18.0 to 26.0wt%; Li2O---3.5 to 5.5wt%; TiO2---0.5 to 4.0wt%; ZrO2---0.5 to 3.0wt%; P2O5---0.5 to 3.0wt%; F---0.1 to 1.0wt%; B2O3---0 to 2.5wt%; Na2O---0 to 2.0wt%; K2O---0 to 2.0wt%; MgO---0 to 1.0wt%; ZnO---0.5 to 3.0wt%; BaO---0 to 2.5wt%; SrO---0.3 to 3.0wt%; As2O3---0.4 to 1.5wt%; and Sb2O3---0 to 1.5wt%. A method for producing a crystallized glass of Li2O-Al2O3-SiO2 system is also provided.
