Abstract

A method for synchronization correcting probe and a synchronization-correcting module of probe are provided. The synchronization-correcting module of probe is used for correcting the synchronization of probes. The synchronization-correcting module of probe comprises an oscillograph and a correcting fixture. The correcting fixture has a signal pin and probe pins, wherein the lengths of the probe pins are the same. The probes to be synchronization-corrected are coupled between the oscillograph and the probe pins, respectively. Since the lengths of the probe pins are the same, the signal inputted from the signal pin is transmitted to the probes synchronously. Therefore, when the waves of the signals showed on the oscillograph are not synchronous, the measuring accuracy of the probes can be improved by adjusting the delay time of the probe(s) through the oscillograph for synchronizing the probes.
