Abstract

A device for adjusting the height of a thread guide in a textile machine is described, in which the thread guide is combined with a piston/cylinder subassembly. For positioning, the thread guide is held on a slide which is guided movably on the guide housing. The slide is connected fixedly at one end to a piston rod which is coupled by means of its opposite end to the piston guided in the cylinder. The cylinder and the guide housing are connected fixedly to one another, the guide housing having on one side a holding arrangement for a releasable fastening to a machine component.
