Abstract

This invention aims to disclose a wrench structure that can be folded and affixed in fixed position, including: a wrench body containing a wrenching head, a pivotal member and a grip portion. The wrenching head includes a wrenching portion for wrenching a threaded fastener, and a pivotal block. The grip portion is also formed at a front end thereof with a pivotal block, where the periphery of the pivotal block is formed with serrations. The front and rear ends of the pivotal member are each provided with a pivotal indent, into which the pivotal blocks of the wrenching head and the grip portion may engage, and then securely pivoted by a pivotal shaft assuming a connected state allowing relative rotation. The center of the pivotal members is provided with an adjustment wheel. The adjustment wheel is threaded to each of its top and bottom ends with a stopping member, such that upon rotating the adjustment wheel, the stopping member is able to extend towards the pivotal indents and urge against the serrations of the pivotal blocks of the wrenching head and the grip portion, so as to affix the angular position between the wrenching head and the grip portion as adjusted, thereby preventing changes of the angular position of the wrench while applying a force to wrench the fastener, thereby providing a position allowing steady force application and adapted to be used at locations having obstacles so as to allow the user to wrench the fastener under different surroundings.
