It combines the laser peeling and secondary adhering procedure to bond the inorganic light emitting diode and flexible substrate. It provides a flexible inorganic light emitting diode display. In addition to overcome the problem of easy cracking during processing of the epitaxial film, the product has the advantage of flexibility and portability.
