Abstract
In an upper die (sliding die) 10, the relationship L1>L2 exists where L1 represents an axial length of a large-diameter portion 11 and L2 represents an axial length of a small-diameter portion 12. When a large-diameter portion 21 of a lower die (fixed die) 20 is received in a second inner peripheral large-diameter portion 33 of a body die 30, the body die 30 is brought into contact with a flange portion 22 of the lower die 20 so that a relative position between the lower die 20 and the body die 30 is determined. The upper die 10 is slidingly guided along the body die 30 with a sliding clearance of 10 μm or less over an axial length L. The relationship L≥0.5S exists where S represents an overall axial length of the body die 30.
