Abstract

This invention relates to an improved structure of anti-burst wheel rim adaptor for emergency driving. It is mainly to mount an annular frame on the wheel rim. The annular frame comprises two half-annular frame bodied joined and buckled together. The inner surface of the annular frame is capable of matching tightly on convex and concave surfaces on the wheel rim. The outer surface of the annular frame is made in an annular groove for an annular pad to fit in and mount on. The annular pad can be assembled with the spare rim frame quickly for forming a safe wheel, which can be used as a temporary emergency tire for driving to repair shop when the tire is pierced to burst and becomes flatted. Since the annular pad is capable of absorbing vibration, the emergency driving will be quite smooth.
