Abstract

The present invention provides a freezing apparatus. In a refrigerant circuit (20), there are arranged a first and a second cooling heat exchanger 131, 141 for individually cooling the inside of t chambers and a first and a second expansion mechanisms 132, 142 corresponding to the first and the second cooling heat exchanger 131, 141. Further, in the refrigerant circuit 20 is provided a bypass tube 133 connected at one end to the inflow end of the first expansion mechanism 132 and at the other end to a section between the first cooling heat exchanger 131 and the second expansion mechanism 142. During normal operation, a refrigerant flows in the first and the second cooling heat exchanger 131, 141 and cooling capacity of each of the cooling heat exchangers 131, 141 is regulated by the first and the second expansion mechanism 132, 142. When cooling by the first cooling heat exchanger 131 is not required, the refrigerant flows in the second cooling heat exchanger 141 through the bypass tube 133 and cooling capacity of the second cooling heat exchanger 141 is regulated by the second expansion mechanism 142.
