Abstract

The present invention relates to a construction composition converted from industrial waste and/or heavy metal-containing sludge, comprising ingredient A including 100 parts of magnesium aluminum mineral powder and 45 to 80 parts, wherein the magnesium aluminum mineral powder comprises 80 to 90 percent of magnesium oxide, 1 to 5 percent of iron oxide, 1.5 to 10 percent of calcium oxide and 5 percent of phosphorous oxide; ingredient A is the solution of magnesium chloride, phosphoric acid and aluminum dihydrogen phosphate, and the magnesium chloride is 40 to 60 percent, the phosphoric is 0.4 to 0.8 percent, the aluminum dihydrogen phosphate is 0.2 to 0.6 percent. In addition, the present invention provides a method for purifying industrial waste and/or heavy metal-containing sludge, comprising: mixing 100 parts of magnesium aluminum mineral powder with 45 to 80 parts of ingredient A and 80 to 120 parts of pulverized industrial waste and/or heavy metal-containing sludge to form a mixture; and mixing the mixture under room temperature for 3 to 6 minutes and then naturally solidifying.
