Abstract
This invention relates to a water-repelling surface structure formed on the substrate and its method. It is to coat non-organic nano-particles coating liquid on the substrate and bake it to dry so as to form a surface structure comprising non-organic nano-particle with diameters of 10nm to 100 nm, which will provide super water-repelling characteristics and high transparency as well.
