The present invention provides an earphone device with composite functions, which at least comprises an earphone shell, a speaker, and an adjusting component; in which, the outer portion of the earphone shell is configure with a plurality of external sound holes; the speaker is fixed inside the earphone shell, and configured outwardly; and, the adjusting component is configured on the earphone shell, and configured with a plurality of adjustment holes corresponding to the external sound holes on the earphone shell, in which the adjustment holes of the adjusting component and the external sound holes of the earphone shell could be in opposite or staggered; thus, the present invention could compose an earphone for comfortable usage, reducing ear pathological changes and causing hearing problem for maintaining people's health, and providing earphone, amplifier and speaker functions.
