Abstract

One of the snap hooks (4) is rotatably pivoted to the snap member (6) through a pivot pin (11), the snap hook (4) may pass through the opening (3) of main drainpipe (2) by rotating the pivoted snap hook (4), moreover, the rotation of the snap hook (4) may be stopped by screw-fixing the connecting pipe (9) onto the snap member (6) so that the snap hook (4) can not pass through the opening (3) of main drainpipe (2).
