Abstract

The present invention provides a fabrication method for inductance device, which comprises at least a coil and an encapsulation encapsulating outside the coil by molding; in which, the coil has a middle section, and two extended sections extended downwardly from both ends of the middle section through the encapsulation. The fabrication method includes: (a) inserting the lower ends of the two extended sections of the coil into the mold, and configuring the middle section of the coil within the mold suspended in the air; (b) filling a predetermined amount of magnetic powder into the mold to bury the middle section of the coil, and molding the solid encapsulation for encapsulating outside the middle section of the coil as a whole; and, (c) ejecting the encapsulation and the coil as a solid from the mold.
