This optical disc has structure in which a dye stuff recording layer(a1), a semitransparent light reflecting layer (t1), a hardened resin layer(c1) of an ultraviolet ray hardening type composition, a dye stuff recording layer(b), and a light reflecting layer(r) are laminated in this order, in which the ultraviolet ray hardening type composition is a composition which contains: (I) a compound A which has a radical polymerizable unsaturated double bond and polycyclic structure in one molecule, and (ii) a compound B which has a radical polymerizable unsaturated double bond and a trivalent partial structure expressed by the formula (I), in one molecule.
