Abstract

The present invention relates to a high-momentum continuous pressurization reactor for producing nano-particles, mainly comprising: a main pipeline having a plurality of necking section pipelines and a plurality of straight section pipeline alternatively arranged; a plurality of intake pipes disposed at the outlet of each necking section for completely mixing the raw material in the main pipeline with the additive in the intake pipes; an exhaust outlet disposed on the lateral of each straight section; and a slanted stopper fixed at the front of the sexhaust outlet for guiding the raw material away from the exhaust outlet. By the high-pressure high-speed flowing of the raw material in the main pipeline, a transient acceleration and pressure increase can be carried out at the necking section due to the variation of the pipe diameters; moreover, a turbulent flow can be formed at the terminal of the necking section of the pipeline so as to facilitate fast and sufficiently mixing of the raw material and the additive, decreasing or preventing the condensation of the nano-particles.
