Abstract

A golf club grip is disclosed, which is shaped and formed by heating and vulcanizing a grip head, an upper section and a lower section, in which the upper section is of a two-layer structure formed by an inner rubber layer and an outer fiber net layer coated on the inner rubber layer via coating adhesive, and the grip and the lower section are of simple rubber layer. The processing method includes the steps of: coating adhesive on a raw rubber sheet in advance, and coating fiber net material; then cutting the raw rubber sheet coated with fiber net material based on the design to form an upper section of grip corresponding to the holding length of human hands; meanwhile, directly cutting the raw rubber sheet to form the lower section of grip and the grip head; and finally using a mold to heat and vulcanize the semi-finished products of cut grip head and upper and lower sections of grip, so as to integrate the three pars into one body thereby forming a grip product. Accordingly, the golf club grip of the present invention is able to increase the friction produced in holding and the comfort in use, and prevent fingers from being worn and damaged by rough surface.
