Abstract

The present invention provides a safe medicine which simultaneously acting on (1) decreasing Hey level in blood, (2) increasing eNOS activity and/or blood NO level derived from vascular endothelial cells, and (3) increasing GPx activity. The present invention provides a pharmaceutical composition comprising HMG-CoA reductase inhibitor and glutathione.
