Abstract

The present invention relates to a fluorescent detection apparatus, which can be used in coordination with a sample tube containing at least one fluorescent substance. The apparatus comprises an excited light source, a focusing unit, a turntable type lens set containing a plurality of filters with different wavelengths, and a sensing component, wherein the excited light source is able to guide the excited light beam to the sample tube via the focusing mirror, so as to excite the illumination of the fluorescent substance in the sample tube.
