Abstract

This invention is related to a binder resin for toner to be used in electrophotography and so on. The purpose of this invention is to obtain a binder resin for toner comprising crystalline resin, and has both excellent low-temperature fixing ability and off-set tolerance. This invention also relates to a manufacturing method of said binder resin for toner and a toner using said binder resin. The purpose is achieved by using a binder resin for toner characterized by comprising a network structure having crystilline resin as a component. Said crystilline resin is obtained by molten-mixing and reacting a non-crystalline resin and a crystalline resin.
