Abstract

The present invention relates to a regenerative combustion device, comprising at least two burners each having a regenerator therein and a guiding unit for introducing the exterior air and the low heat value gas (LHVGS) into the two burners by repeatedly switching so as to enable one of the regenerators of the two burners to preheat the air and the low heat value gas and to burn the preheated high temperature air and the low heat value gas at an outlet of the burner of a heater for heating a workpiece arranged in the heater, high temperature exhaust gas generated by the burning and heating operation being directed to another burner, and at the same time, the regenerator in the burner recovering the heat energy from the high temperature exhaust gas so as to preheat the air and the low heat value gas again after switching the guiding unit and to perform a repeated combustion cycle of the two burner by the guiding unit, which utilizes the low heat value gas fully and burns it stably for a efficient usage of low heat value energy.
