This invention is related to provide one kind of method for sending substances into cells which is related to first suspend a substance in an aqueous solution and then provide it with a sufficient speed to make it be able to penetrate the cell surface to enter cells. The method of this invention doesn't need any accompaniment or assistance of particles. And after the substance entering the cell, both the substance and the cell can maintain activity thereof.
