Abstract

A kind of solar power generation system, which is capable of driving a light-emitting load unit of the streetlamp to operate, contains a solar panel, an electricity storage unit, a switch unit, a voltage-boosting circuit and a control unit. The electricity storage unit, including a first battery and a second battery and having discharging mechanism, stores electric-energy converted by the solar panel. The switch unit is electrically connected to the solar panel and includes a first and a second charging switches as well as a first and a second discharging switches. The voltage-boosting circuit is used to raise the discharging voltage of the battery unit so as to use the boosted voltage to drive the light-emitting load unit to operate. The control unit is used to control the first and the second charging switches of the switch unit to reach the alternate on/off operation so as to enable the first and the second batteries alternately store the electric energy converted by the solar panel. Accordingly, the first and the second discharging switches are also controlled to reach the alternate on/off operation so as to make the first and the second batteries alternately discharge to supply the driving energy of light-emitting load unit.
