Abstract

The present invention provides a plate comprising a body (2) with a predetermined shape and a coating (3) on the surface of the body (2). The body (2) is, for example, a metallic article. The coating (3) is an anti-slipping membrane, usually having a starting angle of slipping above 15 DEG. In general, the coating (3) is preferably formed by powdery coating material comprising at least one polyolefin resin selected from the group consisting of polyethylene resin, polypropylene resin, ethylene/acrylic acid copolymer resin and ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer resin as the resin component. The plate (1) is excellent in anti-slipping property and hence can prevent slipping-down of articles, collapsing of goods stack and falling-down of operators. In addition, the plate (1) can be supplied at low price.
