Description

Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2001-357917 96138.doc 200525446 However, in the structure of the conventional card connector device, the contact held on the insulator (housing) 51 is held. The head (connector terminal) 52 is formed in a form in which the free end side of the contact 52a extends from the inside to the front (card insertion port direction) with respect to the insertion direction of the card 20, and therefore has the following problems. That is, when the contact 52a is mounted to be lowered to the lower side of the card accommodation portion for some reason, when the card 20 is inserted, the front end of the card 20 will collide with the front end of the contact 52a, so that The contact 52 may be buckled or deformed, resulting in poor contact. In addition, in order to prevent the front end of the contact 52a from coming into contact with the front end of the card 20, it is necessary to bend it upward in advance to make it protrude. The degree of problem σ is also relatively high so as not to protrude from the insulator (housing) 5i when the card 20 is inserted, so there has been a problem that the connector device is enlarged. In addition, it is necessary to keep the insulator ( The contact (connector) 52 on the body 51 may be formed such that the free end side forming the contact 52a extends inward with respect to the card insertion direction, but in this case, it becomes a contact The holding portion of the head 52 is oppositely located on the insertion port side of the card receiving portion. Therefore, when the card is inserted, when the contact m of the contact 52 is in contact with the card, the card inserted as the free end side of the insulator 51 is inserted. On the side, the card receiving portion may be bent due to the elastic pressure of the contact 52, and the contact pressure with the card may not be ensured. In addition, in the previous configuration of the card connector device, the card insertion state was detected. The contact part of the detection switch is formed by a contact spring that rotates around the fulcrum. The contact spring is obtained from the same-contact spring. 96138.doc 200525446 The elastic pressure for recovery and the contact of the contact part Point pressure, so when using menstruation, ¥, there will be problems such as the contact spring slack and fall, under contact pressure, :: contact instability. In addition, to increase the contact pressure, it is necessary to increase the contact springs. Therefore, the shell will inevitably increase the size of the casing, and there is a problem that it is difficult to achieve miniaturization of the flail device. [Summary of the Invention] Therefore 'The object of the present invention is to solve the above-mentioned problems and provide a card connection device which can prevent the contact portion of the connector terminal from being buckled or deformed when the card is inserted, and contact the Gua contact. And a cover member mounted on the housing; the housing is composed of an upper case and a lower case, and the 11 undercapacity portion is formed between the upper and lower cases; Ji said connector terminal system The card insertion opening of the upper case is extended inwardly, and the contacts are integrally formed on the upper case by writing a song from the window hole portion placed at the center of the case into the receiving portion. 96138.doc 200525446 A restriction device is formed on the cover member and the upper case. The restriction device restricts the upper portion a from being pushed up against the contact portion when the card is inserted, so as to be displaced toward the receiving portion side. In addition, as the eleventh solution, a structure is adopted in which the cover member is formed of a metal plate, a locking step 2 bent downward is formed on the metal plate, and the upper step is formed to engage with the locking step portion. The engaging recessed portion ′ limits the displacement of the upper case to the receiving portion side by engaging the locking stepped portion with the engaging recessed portion. As a twelfth solution, a structure is adopted in which the engaging stepped portion and the engaging recessed portion are formed in the center of the cover member and the card insertion port side of the upper case. In addition, as a thirteenth solution, the structure of ㈣ is such that the locking stepped portion and the engaging recessed portion are formed in a long shape along a direction perpendicular to the insertion direction of the card. As described above, the card connector device of the present invention includes a housing having a card receiving portion and a contact portion disposed on the receiving portion and capable of contacting the external contact portion of the sheet. The connector terminal has a connection terminal protruding from the connector terminal and protruding to the outside of the case. The case is composed of an upper case and a lower case, and a receiving portion is formed between the upper case and the lower case. Terminal, the end side extends inward from the card insertion side of the upper case, the contact part is formed by bending into the receiving part through the solid hole part provided on the upper case, and the other end side is along the upper case. Both side edges of the window hole portion extend to the inside of the upper case and protrude to the outside of the upper case to form a connection terminal; for this purpose, the contact portion of the connector terminal can be formed to extend from the card insertion port side to the inside 9696. doc '12-200525446 is completed, so when inserting a card into the accommodating part, even if the front end of the card is in contact with the connector terminal, it will smoothly bend upward (avoid), so the contact of the connector terminal can be prevented Frustration or deformation High contact reliability of the contact portion. In addition, since it is not necessary to increase the height of the housing, miniaturization of the connector device can be achieved. In addition, since the contact portions of the connector terminals arranged on the window hole portion of the upper case and the connection terminals protruding to the outside of the case are formed so as to extend in the same direction as the card insertion direction, Even in a connector device in which a connection terminal derived from a connector terminal protrudes from the inside of a housing, a terminal structure having excellent contact reliability at a contact portion can be easily obtained. In addition, the connection terminal and the connection terminal are formed by a continuous sheet metal plate, and the middle part of the skin is embedded and formed in the upper case. For this reason, the structure of the connector terminal will not become complicated because it is simpler. I, so productivity can be improved. In addition, since the receiving part of the body has a detection device that detects the insertion of the card and is driven by one end of the inserted card, and the detection device has first and second fixed contacts provided on the casing. The first and second fixed contacts are formed by deriving a part of the terminal that extends to the inside of the upper case and the movable contact connected to the second fixed contact. Therefore, the number of parts is not increased. It is possible to easily form a card connector device for inserting a detection switch for a local detection card. In addition, the device for connecting cards for card inspection of the present invention includes a housing having an accommodation card; 96l38.doc -13-200525446, and an external contact portion disposed on the accommodation unit and capable of contacting the card. The connector terminal of the contact portion has a detection device that is driven by one end portion of the card and detects insertion of the card. The detection device includes i-th and second fixed contacts provided on the housing, and the first and second fixed contacts are connected to the first contact. 1 and 2 @ 定 ㈣ The moving contact is formed by a torsion spiral spring with two mounting and positioning ring portions, which forms a movable contact, and abuts against the first fixed contact on the torsion coil spring. First! The contact spring t and the second contact spring that abuts against the second fixed contact are respectively provided with the i-th contact spring and the second contact spring from different mounting and fixing ring portions; because & The contact point 胄 of the detection switch on which the detection card is inserted can obtain the elastic pressure for the self-recovery of the contact spring and the contact pressure of the contact portion with different contact springs. The contact reliability of the contact portion can be improved without causing the contact spring f of the contact portion to loosen and decrease the contact pressure. In addition, the contact spring is increased without the contact pressure, and f-return-in-the-miniature miniaturization of connected devices has been achieved. In addition, 'the housing is provided with a drive member that is opposite to one end of the card, and the drive member' is supported in the housing portion of the housing Π: touched and rotatable μ ^, so the card can be moved through the drive member. The insertion is reliably transmitted to the movable contact and the insertion detection. "Separately" to perform the card ―In addition ', since the movable contact is provided on the driving part = the first holding part of the fixed ring part and the second holding part for holding the second contact are installed: second turn: the second holding part , Support the shaft support of the i-th holding part: ,, ..., the state where the contact points of the younger brothers are in contact with each other (has a spring potential, and the second holding part can be, and has a spring potential), and the younger holding part 1 The fulcrum rotation method is supported by 96i38.doc -14- 200525446, so that the second contact spring and the second fixed contact can be arranged to contact or separate from each other. Therefore, the movable contact can be reliably held on the driving part. And at the same time, the energizing operation of the first contact spring and the second contact spring can be performed independently. In addition, since the second contact spring twists the yellow female positioning ring portion of the second contact with the rotation of the driving member, sliding contact is made on the second contact. When contacting each other, self-cleaning action can be obtained by rubbing against each other, so the reliability of contact can be improved. In addition, the first contact spring constitutes a spring for recovering the driving member, and the second contact spring constitutes a spring spring for applying a contact pressure to the second fixed contact. Therefore, a recovery spring is formed with a different contact spring. Because of the elasticity of the elastic element and the impulse for applying contact pressure, the contact pressure can be applied in an ## manner, and the reliability of contact can be improved. In addition, the card W connector device of the present invention includes a housing having a housing portion into which a card is inserted, and a connector terminal of a contact portion disposed on the housing portion and capable of contacting an external contact portion of the card. The cover IM cowl mounted on the casing is composed of an upper casing and a τ casing, and a receiving portion is formed between the upper casing and the lower π '. The connection $ terminal is inserted from the card of the upper casing to the side of the interior. It is extended, and the contact part is formed into the upper case through a window hole provided on the center of the upper case. The body is formed on the upper case, and the cover member and the upper case are formed with restrictions on card insertion and upper. The nut that restricts the housing's displacement to the side of the receiving portion as the contact portion is pushed up can prevent buckling or deformation of the contact portion of the connector terminal when inserting a card, and can improve the contact reliability of the contact portion. Since the position of the upper shell when the contact part is pressed is restricted by the cover member, the buckle is therefore / required to increase the thickness of the upper shell, and it is not necessary to increase the height of the shell. Therefore, miniaturization of the connector device can be achieved. In addition, since the cymbal member is formed of a metal plate, a locking stepped portion bent downward is formed on the metal plate, and an engaging recessed portion which is engaged with the locking stepped portion is formed on the upper case. The engagement with the engaging recessed portion restricts the displacement of the upper case to the accommodating portion side. Therefore, it is possible to restrict the displacement of the upper case with a structure in which the locking stepped portion is provided only on the metal cover member. In addition, since the locking stepped portion and the engaging recess are formed in the middle of the π side of the cover member and the card of the upper case, the position where the displacement of the upper case is the largest can be restricted, and the displacement of the upper case can be reliably restricted. In addition, since the locking stepped portion and the engaging recessed portion are formed in a long shape along a direction perpendicular to the card insertion direction, the width of the restricting portion with respect to the displacement direction is wider, and the householder has greater strength. It becomes firm, and the displacement of the upper shell can be reliably limited. [Embodiment] Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention are shown in Figs. in. The engaging recessed portions 2c provided on the central portion of the card insertion port side as in the upper case 2 are engaged with each other, thereby restricting the displacement (bending) of the upper case 2 to the receiving portion ^ side of the housing i. In addition, when the cover member 11 is mounted on the upper case 2, the hook member 11 can be easily engaged with the engaging recessed portion of the upper case 2 by slidingly moving the cover member 11. Phase 2c is engaged, making it easier to manufacture ° In this way, since the cover member 11 and the upper case 2 are formed to restrict the insertion of the card 12, the contact portion 4a is lifted (by The reaction caused by the elasticity of the connector terminal 4) and the engaging stepped portion 11c and the engaging recessed portion 2c which are displaced (curved) toward the receiving portion 1a by the upper case 2; therefore, the cover member 11 can be limited to the pressing contact The displacement of the upper shell 2 at the time of the part 4 eliminates the need to set the thickness of the upper shell 2 96138.doc -23-200525446 thicker, and it is not necessary to increase the height of the housing 1, so that the connector device can be miniaturized. In addition, since the cover member 11 is formed of a metal plate, and a locking stepped portion lc that is bent downward is formed on the metal plate, it is as simple as providing the locking stepped portion 11 c on the metal cover member 11. The structure can restrict the displacement of the upper shell 2. In addition, since the locking stepped portion 11 c and the engaging recessed portion 2 c are formed at the center of the card insertion opening side of the cover member 11 and the upper case 2, the position where the upper case 2 is displaced most can be restricted, and therefore the upper case can be reliably restricted 2 displacement. In addition, since the locking stepped portion 11c and the engaging recessed portion 2C are formed in a long shape in a direction perpendicular to the card insertion direction, the width of the restricting portion with respect to the displacement direction is wide, so that the strength can be changed. It is strong, and the displacement of the upper case 2 can be restricted reliably. The card 12 is, for example, a RS-MMC card (reduce size-multi mekea card), which contains an integrated circuit (IC) and is used as a storage medium. On one surface of the card 12, a plurality of external contact portions 12a are formed on one end side thereof, and the external contact portions 12a are in contact with the connector terminals 4 provided on the receiving portion 1a of the case 1 Point-to-point contact allows various information processing with external electronic devices. In addition, when the card 12 is inserted into the accommodating portion la of the housing 丨, the front end portion of the card 12 abuts on the card abutting portion 10c of the sliding member 10, whereby the sliding member 10 can follow The card 12 is inserted and moved in the insertion direction. Next, the operation when the card 12 is inserted into the connector device 96138.doc-24.200525446 will be described with reference to FIGS. 5 to 10. When the card 12 is inserted, first, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, that is, when the card 12 is not inserted, the sliding portion ㈣ is biased toward the card by the urging member 6. Exit direction. Next, when the card 12 is inserted into the housing heart of the housing i, k ', the front end portion of the card 12 comes into contact with the card contact portion 10c of the slide member 1 () and is held. At this time, the external contact portion ⑶ of the card 12 is separated from the contact material of the connector terminal 4 described above. In addition, the movable contact 9 serving as the detection device for detecting the card_insertion state is driven by the i-th contact spring of the driving member 8 as a recovery spring, so that the driving member 8 moves toward the card ejection direction. And the [contact spring%] is in contact with the 10th fixed contact, but the outside of the second contact spring and the second fixed contact% are separated (see FIGS. 5 and 6). Then, when the stomach pushes the card 12 in the card insertion direction, the sliding member described above! 〇 It can be inserted in the direction of insertion as the card 12 is inserted, and the moving member 10 can be moved in the card insertion direction against the urging force of the urging member 6 described above. Then, the front end portion of the 'card 12 abuts on the working portion of the driving member 8 which is rotatably supported in the housing [a] of the housing [1], so that the driving member 8 overcomes the biasing force of the first contact spring 9a. The card insertion direction moves. At this time, as the slide member 10 moves, the one end portion of the lock member 7 moves following the heart-shaped cam groove 10b provided in the slide member 10 (see Figs. 7 and 8). In this way, since one end side of the connector terminal 4 extends inward from the card insertion opening side of the upper case 2, the contact portion 乜 is bent into the accommodation portion 1a through the window hole portion h provided in the upper case 2, and, The other end side extends along the window hole 96138.doc -25- 200525446 of the upper case 2 to the inside of the upper case 2, and protrudes to the outside of the case to form the connection terminal 4c. Therefore, the connector can be connected. The contact portion 乜 of the terminal 4 is formed so as to extend inward from the card insertion port side. Therefore, when the card 12 is inserted into the receiving portion U, it is possible to naturally connect the front end of the card 12 to the connector terminal 4. Since the ground is bent upward (avoided), it is possible to prevent the contact portion 4a of the connector terminal 4 from being buckled or deformed, and to improve the contact reliability of the contact portion. In addition, since the contact part 仏 side of the connector terminal 4 extends inward from the card insertion port side of the upper case 2, it is not necessary to extend a leading end of the contact part 乜 as a guide piece for preventing frustration, etc. Therefore, there is no need to worry that the guide 5 or the like can protrude from the upper surface of the casing 1 at the insertion 5 of the card 12, so there is no need to increase the height of the casing 1, and the connector device can be miniaturized. Next, when the card 12 is further inserted in the card insertion direction, one end of the lock member 7 follows the heart-shaped cam groove 10b provided on the slide member 10 and is locked in the locked position, and the card 12 is inserted. At the card insertion position of the accommodating portion la of the casing ^. At this time, the external contact portion 12a of the card 12 is in contact with the contact portion 乜 of the connector terminal 4. At this time, the driving member 8 is rotated in the card insertion direction together with the insertion of the card 12, so that the second contact spring 9 b for applying a contact pressure is brought into contact with the second fixed contact, and the movable contact 9 passes through the movable contact 9. The first and second fixed contacts 5 & 5b are electrically connected to detect the insertion of the card 12 (see FIGS. 9 and 10). In order to eject the card 12 from the state shown in FIG. 9 and FIG. 10, the card 12 is temporarily pushed in the insertion direction to release the lock member 7 from the locked position of the heart cam groove iOb, so that the above-mentioned The sliding member 10 is moved toward the card ejection direction by the urging force of the above-mentioned 96138.doc -26- 200525446 urging member 6, so that the card a and the sliding member 10 are ejected to the ejection position together. So, because in the above case! The above-mentioned urging member 6 for urging the sliding member 10 to the card ejection position, and a locking portion for holding the sliding member ⑺ at the card insertion position against the urging force of the urging member 6 are provided.退出 When ejecting the card 12, the card 12 can be ejected easily by using the urging force of the urging member 6. In addition, the first and second fixed contact points 讣, 讣, and 讣 connected to the first and second fixed contact points 5a, 5b provided on the housing 丨 are formed to be driven by one end of the card 12 The detection device for detecting the insertion of the card 12, the movable contact 9 is formed by a torsion coil spring having two mounting positioning ring portions, and the torsion coil spring is formed with the first fixed contact The second contact spring 9a in contact with 5a and the second contact spring in contact with the above-mentioned second fixed contact 讣! 9b. The first contact spring 9a and the second contact spring% are respectively extended from different mounting and positioning ring portions, and are provided, thereby, for the contact portion of the detection switch that detects the insertion state of the card 12, Different contact springs can be used to obtain the contact pressure of the contact spring. Reduced contact pressure improves contact reliability. In addition, it is necessary to increase the shape of the contact spring in order to increase the contact pressure, so that the size of the connector device can be reduced. In addition, the casing 1 includes the driving member 8 that rotates in contact with one end of the card 12. The driving member 8 holds the movable contact 9 and is pivotally supported by the casing 1. In the storage unit 1 a, 96138.doc -27- 200525446 is able to reliably transfer the insertion of the card i2 to the movable • ㈣ 9 ′ via the driving member 8, and the insertion detection of the card 12 can be performed reliably. —Figures 16 and 18 show other -f embodiments of the card connector device of the present invention, FIG. 16 is a plan view showing a card ejection position, FIG. 17 is a plan view showing a fan during card recognition, and FIG. 18 is a card Top view of the insertion position. In addition, the same reference numerals are used for the same components as those in the above-mentioned embodiments, and the description is omitted. In this case, the structure differs from the above-mentioned embodiment in that the extension direction of the contact portion 4a of the connector terminal 4 arranged on the housing 1 is different, and the type of the card and the insertion of the detection card The construction of the detection switch is different. That is, in this embodiment, the case 1 is formed of only the lower case, and a plurality of connector terminals 4 are placed side by side on the case 1 to the ground. In addition, the connection terminal 4C of the connector terminal is also formed as a contact portion 突出 protruding outward from the rear outer side of the case 丨, but connected to the external contact portion of the inserted card, toward the inside from the case 1 The card insertion opening side extends, and the contact portion 4a is formed by bending into the receiving portion ^ through a window hole portion lc provided in the housing 1. The connector terminals 4 are formed in parallel to the inside of the accommodating portion la of the case 丨. In addition, a pair of contact portions of the detection device inserted as the detection card 13, the first and second fixed contacts 5a, 5b are formed in the housing portion of the housing 1! a Inner side. In addition, the first and second fixed contacts 5a and 5b are also formed of a conductive metal material. The first and second fixed contacts 5a and 5b will protrude from the outer side of the rear side of the housing 1. A part of the connection terminal 4c is 96138.doc -28-200525446, and is formed integrally by a method such as insert molding. In addition, the description of the driving member 8 provided in the receiving portion 1a and rotating with the insertion of the card i 3 and the movable contact 9 held by the driving member 8 is omitted because they have the same structure. The card 13 is indicated by a chain line in the figure. This card 13 is, for example, an SD-MINI card (coffee ㈣ ㈣), and also contains an integrated circuit (ic) inside, and is used as a storage medium. On the surface of the first card 3, a plurality of external contact portions (not shown) are formed on one end side of the first card 3, and the external contact portions are connected to the receiving portion h provided in the housing 1 through the connection. The contact portion 4a of the device terminal 4 is in contact with each other, and performs various information processing with electronic equipment connected to the outside. Next, the operation of this embodiment will be described. First, when the card 13 is not inserted in the initial state, the sliding member H) is biased toward the card ejection direction by the urging member 6. The receiver 'holds the card 13 when the front end of the left side of the receiving 13 of the casing 13 is closed with the T-piece.
