Description

200524524 (1) IX. Description of the invention [Technical field to which the invention belongs] The present invention relates to the structure of a fishing rod, and more specifically to the structure of a reel seat of a fishing rod. [Prior Art] Fig. 8 is a diagram showing the structure of a fishing rod (typically a so-called bass rod, etc.) for bait. As shown in the figure, a fishing rod 1 for general bait is provided with a fishing rod body 2 and a crotch portion 3 supporting the rod. The crotch portion 3 is provided with a reel seat portion 4 provided with a fishing reel R. The reel seat 4 includes a fixed cover 5a and a movable cover 5b, and the legs 6 of the fishing reel R are held by the pair of covers 5a and 5b. Therefore, the fishing reel R is fixed to the crotch part 3 (for example, refer to patent document 1). In the crotch portion 3, a storage chamber 7 is provided to accommodate the movable cover 5b, and the movable cover 5b can be inserted into the storage room 7. The crotch portion 3 is provided with an operation ring 8 for operating the movable cover 5b. The operation ring 8 is attached to the crotch portion 3 so as to be rotatable around the axial direction of the rotation crotch portion 3. A female thread 8 a is formed on the inner peripheral surface of the operation ring 8. A male screw 9 is formed on the movable cover 5 b, and the male screw 9 and the female screw 8 a are screwed together. Therefore, by rotating the operation ring 8, the movable cover 5b slides in the left-right direction in the figure, whereby the leg 6 of the fishing reel R is held. [Patent Document 1] Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2003-274812 [Summary of the Invention] -4- 200524524 (2) (Problems to be Solved by the Present Invention) In the conventional fishing rod 1, the leg 6 of the fishing reel R, It is held by the pair of covers 5a and 5b, but the movable cover 5b protrudes from the storage chamber 7 when the leg portion 6 is held. Therefore, the movable cover 5b tends to float upward, and therefore, it is difficult to achieve a more secure fixing of the fishing reel R. An object of the present invention is to provide a fishing rod in which a leg of a fishing reel can be strongly fixed to a reel seat. φ (means for solving the problem) (1) In order to achieve the above object, the fishing rod of the present invention is provided with a reel seat, and includes a mounting portion on which a leg of a fishing reel is placed; and One side of the placement portion houses a fixed cover holding one of the legs; and the other side of the placement portion faces the fixed cover and faces the fixed cover, and the movable cover slides in the approach / distance direction from the fixed cover; Sliding guide mechanism for sliding the movable cover; The sliding guide mechanism has an inner wall surface that surrounds the movable cover and extends in the approach / remote direction, and is provided with the movable cover that is regulated to be held at any time to be held around The cover accommodating portion that is displaced in a direction away from the mounting portion of the movable cover and guides the sliding in the approach / remove direction. According to this structure, in the fishing reel, one leg is accommodated and held in a fixed cover, and the movable cover is slid to the fixed cover side, and then the other leg is accommodated and held in a movable state. cover. At this time, the movable cover is guided toward the fixed cover side by the slide guide mechanism. From -5- 200524524 (3) Therefore, the legs of both sides of the fishing reel are held and fixed by a fixed cover and a movable cover. Since the movable cover is housed in the cover accommodating portion and slides with respect to the fixed cover, the displacement of the movable cover from the mounting portion toward the distant direction can be reliably regulated by the cover accommodating portion. Therefore, the legs of both sides of the fishing reel can be securely fixed without being separated from the mounting portion. The cover accommodating portion may be constituted by, for example, a part of a case constituting the reel stand. (2) The cover accommodating portion is preferably provided with a confirmation window portion capable of confirming the position of the movable cover from the outside. Because the cover is stored in the storage section at any time, it is not easy for an angler to directly confirm the position of the movable cover. However, by providing the confirmation window portion, the angler can easily confirm the position of the movable cover in the cover accommodating portion, so that the operation of attaching and detaching the fishing reel can be performed easily and quickly. (Effects of the Invention) As described above, according to the present invention, the movable cover that accommodates and holds the leg of the fishing reel is prevented from being displaced from the reel base by the slide guide provided on the reel base. Therefore, the fishing thread gripper 'mounted on the mounting portion can be reliably and strongly mounted on the thread reel seat. Therefore, the fishing reel can be securely fixed to the reel holder at any time for fishing aimed at large fishes, or fishing with intense pole throwing. [Embodiment] & Next 'The present invention will be described in detail with reference to a suitable drawing in accordance with a preferred embodiment -6-200524524 (4). FIG. 1 is a front view of a fishing rod according to an embodiment of the present invention. The fishing rod 10 is a vertical body type for bait, and includes a fishing rod body 11 and a crotch portion 12 that supports a rear end portion thereof. The crotch portion 12 is provided with a cord reel seat portion 21 as described in detail later. The thread reel seat 21 is a leg portion that holds the fishing thread reel, and the fishing thread reel is fixed to the crotch portion 12. However, in this embodiment, although the fishing rod 10 is a vertical body type for bait, the present invention is not limited to the application of fishing rods of such specifications, and any fishing rod provided with a reel seat can be applied. The fishing rod body 11 is composed of a single rod-shaped member and is inserted into the crotch portion 12. In this embodiment, although the fishing rod body 11 is composed of a single member, it is not limited to this, and a plurality of members may be connected to form the fishing rod body 11. The fishing rod body 11 is formed by a known method. For example, a carbon fiber reinforced resin (prepreg) is cut into a predetermined shape, and the cylindrical member is formed by winding in a cylindrical shape. Further, as shown in the figure, in the fishing rod body 11, a plurality of fishing line guides 13 to 20 are arranged at predetermined intervals. These fishing line guides 13 to 20 are arranged on the side where the above-mentioned reel seat portion 21 is provided. Therefore, the fishing rod 10 is a type for installing a bait fishing reel. The fishing rod 10 of this embodiment is characterized by the structure of the crotch portion 12, particularly the structure of the reel seat portion 21. Specifically, as will be described in detail later, the reel seat 2I includes a fixed cover 40 (refer to FIG. 2) that holds a leg of a fishing reel, and a movable cover 42 (No. 3) that slides close to and away from the leg (Refer to the figure), this movable cover 42 is guided and slid by the slide guide mechanism 58. Therefore, the fishing reel can be firmly fixed to the reel seat -7- 200524524 (5) 21 〇 第 ® An enlarged perspective view of the fishing rod 10 illustrates the appearance of the crotch portion 12. FIG. 3 is an enlarged cross-sectional view of a main part of the fishing rod 10 and illustrates the internal structure of the crotch part 12. ^ As described above, the thread reel seat 1 21 is integrally provided, and an elbow abutment portion 24 is provided behind the thread reel seat portion 21. The elbow abutting portion 24 is formed in a cylindrical shape, and its peripheral surface is preferably made of an elastic member. The elbow abutment portion 24 'abuts the elbow of the fisher when the angler operates the fishing rod 10, so that the angler can operate the fishing rod 10 stably. The reel seat 21 is provided with a housing 22 and an annular nut member 23 constituting the skeleton thereof. The annular nut member 23 and the housing 22 are assembled separately. Fig. 4 is an enlarged perspective view showing the main portion of the crotch portion 12 with the ring nut member 23 removed from the case 22. As shown in FIGS. 2 to 4, the reel seat 21 includes a case 22, a core member 25 fitted into the front end portion side of the case 22, and a core member 25 fitted to the case 22. The ring nut member 2 3 at the front end of the ring nut and the fixed nut member 26 that is screwed with the core member 2 5. The case 22 is formed of a metal or resin such as aluminum, and is formed in a cylindrical shape. An opening 27 is provided in the upper portion of the casing 22, and the leg portion of the fishing reel is inserted into this opening 27. In the opening portion 27, a seat member 28 (mounting portion) is disposed, and the leg portion of the fishing reel is placed on the seat member 28. A cover accommodating portion 59 is formed in front of the housing 22. This cover accommodating portion 59 is a part of the slide guide mechanism 58 described above. The cover accommodating portion 5 9 200524524 (6) is formed integrally with the housing 2 2. As described in detail later, the movable cover 42 is accommodated in the cover accommodating portion 59. The inner wall surface 60 of the cover accommodating portion 59 ', the movable cover 42 has a shape that extends toward and away from the fixed cover 40, and the shape of the inner wall surface 60 corresponds to the shape of the outer peripheral surface of the movable cover 42. Therefore, the outer peripheral surface of the movable cover 42 is in contact with the inner wall surface 60 without any gap. However, a small gap may be formed between the outer peripheral surface of the movable cover 42 and the inner wall surface 60 to allow the movable cover 42 to slide smoothly. A fixed cover 40 is formed at the rear of the housing 22 in succession with the rear end of the opening 27. The fixed cover 40 is formed by a part of the housing 22, and a recessed portion is formed in the inner portion. The rear part (one of the legs) of the leg of the fishing reel is accommodated and held in this recess. However, since the specific shape of the fixed cover 40 is the same as that of the conventional fixed cover, detailed description thereof is omitted. Further, because the fishing rod 10 is a type in which a bait fishing reel is installed, a trigger 29 is formed integrally under the casing 22. Fig. 5 is an enlarged exploded perspective view showing the main part of the crotch part 12, and Fig. 4 shows an exploded state of the core member 25, the ring nut member 23, and the fixed nut member 26 in Fig. 4. The core member 25 is formed in a cylindrical shape as a whole, and the fishing rod body 11 can be inserted through the inside. The core member 25 includes a screwing portion 30, a holding portion 31, and a slide guide portion 32. The core member 25 may be integrally formed of, for example, resin, or may be formed of a metal such as aluminum. The screwing portion 30 is formed by the tip end portion of the core member 25, and a male screw 33 is formed on the outer peripheral surface. This screwing portion 30 is used for screwing the fixed nut member 26. The holding portion 31 is constituted by a fitting recess -9- 200524524 (7) portion 34 provided in a central portion of the core member 25. The fitting recess 34 is thinned by making the central portion of the core member 25 from the outside to the inside. The slide guide 32 is composed of a rear end portion of the core member 25, and includes a seat portion 35 that protrudes from the seat member 28 (refer to FIG. 2), and a connection provided below the seat portion 35. Department 3 6. By providing the above-mentioned fitting recessed portion 34, a step portion 56 is formed in a boundary portion of the fitting recessed portion 34 and the seat portion 35. This step portion 56 is a part of the slide guide mechanism 58 described above. The upper surface of the seat portion 35 is a flat surface and forms a mounting surface on which the legs of the fishing reel are placed together with the seat member 28. The connecting portion 36 is connected to the core member 25 in a state where the core member 25 and the ring nut member 23 can be surely positioned, and the shape is carefully designed. In the present embodiment, the connecting portions 36, the convex strips 37 thereof are protruded on both side surfaces thereof, and the positioning pins 38 are protruded on the rear end surfaces thereof. The ridge 37 is engaged with the side of the annular nut member 23 (refer to FIG. 4), and is engaged with the housing 22 (refer to FIG. 2). In addition, the positioning pin 38 is a predetermined portion to be fitted into the housing 22, and therefore, the core member 25 can be positioned at a predetermined position of the housing 22. As shown in Figs. 4 and 5, guide grooves 39 (sliding guide grooves) are formed in the boundary portions of the seat portion 35 and the connecting portion 36. The guide groove 39 is provided on both sides of the seat portion 35 and extends in the front-rear direction. The inner wall surface of the guide groove 3 9 is concave in the left-right direction (the direction perpendicular to the aforementioned front-rear direction). The core member 25 is provided with a sliding member 41. The sliding member 41 includes a cover portion 42 (second cover portion) and a fitting piece 43 formed continuously therewith. The sliding member 41 is an outer peripheral surface that abuts the core member 25. Specifically, sliding -10- 200524524 (8) The member 41 is an outer peripheral surface which abuts the side of the seat portion 35 where the core member 25 is provided (the side of the opening portion 27 where the case 22 is provided). The movable cover 42 is provided with a recessed portion 44 (refer to Fig. 4) having an opening at the rear end, and the forward portion of the leg portion of the fishing reel is inserted and held in the recessed portion 44. However, since the shape of the inner wall surface of this recessed portion 44 is the same as the conventional one, its detailed description is omitted. The outer peripheral surface 'of the movable cover 42 is formed in an arc shape as shown in FIG. As described above, the shape of the inner wall surface 60 of the cover receiving portion 59 is an arc shape corresponding to the shape of the outer peripheral surface of the movable cover 42. The movable cover 42 is provided with engaging projections 45 on both sides thereof (refer to FIG. 5). The engaging convex portions 45 are formed to protrude inward in the left-right direction. Therefore, the engaging convex portion 45 is fitted into the guide groove 39 in the direction of the arrow 46 (front-rear direction) in FIG. 5. Accordingly, the movable cover 42 is guided by the guide groove 39 and can slide only in the front-rear direction (that is, the fixed cover 40 is moved in the approaching / distinguishing direction). The fitting piece 4 3 'is provided on the lower side of the movable cover 42, that is, the above-mentioned fitting recessed portion 34 side of the movable cover 4 2. Therefore, the formation step 47 is formed between the movable cover 42 and the fitting piece 43 of the sliding member 41, and the fitting piece 43 is lowered downward from the movable cover 42. The fitting piece 43 is composed of a flat plate bent into an arc shape as shown in Fig. 5. The radius of curvature of the fitting piece 4 3 corresponds to the radius of curvature of the bottom surface of the fitting recessed portion 34. Therefore, as described above, when the movable cover 4 2 is fitted into the seat portion 35, the fitting piece 4 3 is fitted into the fitting recess portion 3 4 of the core member 25, and the fitting recess portion 3 4 faces forward and backward as the movable cover 4 2 slides. Slide in the direction. -11-200524524 〇) The step portion 61 is formed in the middle portion of the fitting piece 4 3. This step portion 6 1 is a part of the slide guide mechanism 58 described above. At this stage portion 61, the movable cover 42 is slid toward the fixed cover 40 side (in the direction of the arrow 46) and abuts against the above-mentioned stage portion 56 to regulate the sliding movement of the movable cover 42 in this direction. Accordingly, even when the movable cover 42 is closest to the fixed cover 40 side, the movable cover 42 does not protrude from the cover housing portion 59. β 卩, the movable cover 42 slides in the cover receiving portion 59 at any time. Further, male screws 48 are formed on the outer peripheral surface of the fitting piece 43. The male screws 4 8 are screwed into the ring nut portions 2 3. The ring nut member 23 is provided with an operation nut 49 and a connection ring 50. The operation nut 49 has a ring shape as shown in Figs. 4 and 5, and a female screw 5 7 is formed on the inner peripheral surface thereof (refer to Fig. 3). The connecting ring 50 is disposed behind the operating nut 49, and the operating nut 49 is rotatably provided for the connecting ring 50. However, in this embodiment, in order to smoothly rotate the operation nut 49 with respect to the connection ring 50, a slide plate 51 is provided at the boundary portion of the connection ring 50 and the operation nut 49. The sliding plate 51 is made of, for example, resin. The shape of the inner wall surface of the connection ring 50 corresponds to the outer shape of the slide guide 32 of the core member 25. Therefore, as shown in Fig. 4, the coupling ring 50 'is inserted into the core member 25 without a gap, and is attached to the front end of the housing 22 (refer to Fig. 2). At this time, the operating nut 49 is screwed with the sliding member 41 provided in the core member 25. Specifically, the female screw 57 of the operating nut 49 is screwed with the male screw 48 of the sliding member 41. When the nut 4 9 is rotated and operated in this state, the sliding member 41 will slide in the front-rear direction. That is, when the sliding member -12- 200524524 (10) 4 1 slides rearward, the movable cover 42 moves toward the fixed cover 40 side, and can hold the foot of the fishing reel, and the sliding member 41 slides forward. At this time, the movable cover 42 is separated from the fixed cover 40. However, in this embodiment, a plurality of fine grooves 52 are formed on the outer peripheral surface of the operation nut 49, which extend in the front-rear direction. These fine grooves 52 are used as a slide-stop function when the nut 49 is operated by the angler. The fixed nut member 26 includes a screw nut 5 3 and a lock nut 5 4. The screw nut 5 3 is shown in FIG. 4. The core member 25 is fitted into the core member 25 from the tip end side, and is screwed with the male screw 3 3 of the core member 25. By tightening the screw nut 5 3, the ring nut member 23 is fixedly screwed to the casing 22. Also, similarly to the lock nut 5 4, the male screw 3 3 of the core member 25 is screwed. By screwing the locking nut 5 4 tightly, the nut 5 3 is prevented from coming loose. The fishing rod 10 is assembled as follows. The fishing rod body 1 丨 is inserted through the core member 25 and is supported by the core member 25. The fishing rod main body 11 may be an elbow abutting portion 24 penetrating the housing 22 so as to prevent insertion. The sliding member 41 is an abutting core member 25. At this time, the slide plate 41 is inserted into the core member 25 so as to slide from the front to the rear side as described above. The annular nut member 23 is fitted from the tip end side of the core member 25, and the operation nut 49 is screwed with the sliding member 41. The case 22 is fitted from the rear of the core member 25. Thereby, the core member 25 is positioned on the housing 22, and the connecting ring 50 of the annular nut member 23 is in contact with the front end surface of the housing 22. The coupling nut 5 3 is inserted from the front of the core member 25 and is screwed with the core member 25. After tightening the nut 5 3, tighten the lock -13- 200524524 (11) The nut 5 4 is tightened on the core member 25. However, the sliding plate 55 may be located between the coupling nut 5 3 and the operation nut 49, and between the lock nut 54 and the coupling nut 53. As shown in FIG. 3, since the operation nut 49 is screwed with the sliding member 41, the cover portion 42 is moved in the left-right direction in the figure by rotating the operation nut 49. Therefore, the leg portion of the fishing reel is held by the fixed cover 40 and the cover portion 42, and is fixed to the crotch portion 12. FIG. 6 is an enlarged view of FIG. 3. Details the installation of the fishing reel. One of the legs of the fishing reel is accommodated and held in the fixed cover 40, and the fishing reel is placed on the seat member 28. Thereafter, the movable cover 42 is slid toward the fixed cover 40 by rotating the operation nut 49, and the other leg portion of the fishing reel is stored and held in the movable cover 42. Therefore, the legs of both sides of the fishing reel are held and fixed by the fixed cover 40 and the movable cover 4 2. At this time, the movable cover 42 is guided by the slide guide mechanism 58 constituted by the cover accommodating portion 59, the stage portion 61 of the sliding member 41, and the stage portion 56 of the core member 25. The movable cover 42 is held at any time by the cover accommodating portion 59, and its displacement in a direction away from the seat member 28 (upper in the figure) can be reliably regulated. Therefore, the legs of both sides of the fishing reel can be securely fixed without being separated from the reel seat 21. In particular, in this embodiment, since the movable cover 42 is constructed by a cover receiving portion 59 formed integrally with the above-mentioned housing 2 2-14-200524524 (12), it has a sliding guide The mechanism 58 can have the advantage that it can be constructed inexpensively with a simple structure. Further, in this embodiment, since the fitting piece 4 3 of the sliding member 41 is a fitting recessed portion 34 that is fitted into the core member 25, the plate thickness dimension of the core member 25 and the plate thickness dimension of the slide member 41 The total size is smaller than known. That is, the outer diameter dimension of the core member 25 in a state where the sliding member 41 is mounted is smaller than conventional. Therefore, even if the outer diameter of the fishing rod body 1 1 inserted through the core member 25 is the same as the conventional one, the outer diameter of the operating nut 49 which is screwed with the sliding member 41 is smaller than the conventional one. As a result, the outer diameter of the annular nut member 23 is reduced, and the crotch portion 12 can be formed with a small diameter. Furthermore, in this embodiment, the sliding member 41 is simply fitted from the front of the core member 25 to the rear side. Since the ring nut member 23 and the fixed nut member 26 are mounted in this state, the crotch portion 1 2 Easy assembly work. The fitting piece 43 of the sliding member 41 is fitted into the fitting recessed portion 34 of the core member 25. Therefore, when the sliding member 41 is slid to the right in the figure, as shown in FIG. The hinge piece 43 is in contact with the step portion 56 formed at the boundary portion of the holding portion 31 and the slide guide portion 32 of the core member 25. Therefore, the sliding member 41 does not fall off from the crotch portion 12 as long as the crotch portion 12 is not disassembled. However, since the fixed nut member 26 is only screwed with the core member 25, it can be easily removed from the core member 25. By removing the fixed nut member 2 &, since the ring nut member 23 and the sliding member 41 can also be easily removed, the disassembling operation of the crotch portion 12 is also easy. Therefore, for example, in the case where garbage or the like is attached to the periphery of the cover portion 42, the crotch portion 2 is removed by dismantling -15-200524524 (13) The sliding member 41 is provided with the reel seat portion 2 1 The advantage that the maintenance such as a sweep is easy. In addition, in this embodiment, although the sliding member 41 is slidably engaged with the core member 25, the engaging projection 4 5 protruding from the sliding member 41 (the photo of the table 5) is embedded. Guide grooves 39 formed in the core member 25. In other words, since the sliding member 41 is engaged with the seat portion 35 of the core member 25, the sliding member 41 slides smoothly without causing positional deviation of the seat portion 35. Therefore, the leg portion of the fishing reel has the advantage that it can be reliably held by the cover portion 42 of the sliding member 41 and the fixed cover 40 of the case 22. Next, a modification of this embodiment will be described. Fig. 7 is an enlarged perspective view of a main part of a fishing rod 70 according to a modification of the present embodiment. The difference between the fishing rod 70 of this modification and the fishing rod 10 of the above-mentioned embodiment is the point where a slit 71 (a confirmation window portion) is provided in the cover accommodating portion 59. However, the other structures are the same as those of the above embodiment. The slit 71 penetrates the cover receiving portion 59 in the vertical direction, and extends forward from the edge portion of the cover receiving portion 59. By providing this slit 71, the angler's can confirm the position of the movable cover 42. Specifically, since the movable cover 4 2 is accommodated in the cover accommodating portion 59 at any time, it is difficult for a fisherman to directly confirm the position of the movable cover 42 that is sliding. However, by providing the slit 71, the angler can visually check the movable cover 42 in the cover accommodating portion 59, and can easily confirm its position. As a result, the "fisherman" can easily and quickly attach and detach the fishing reel. -16- 200524524 (14) However, in this modified example, the slit 71 is formed from the edge of the cover receiving portion 59 to the side, but the slit 71 is an edge that does not reach the cover receiving portion 59. A shape up to a part (for example, an elongated through-hole) may be sufficient. As a result, a decrease in the rigidity of the cover receiving portion 59 is suppressed. Moreover, the slits 71 are provided as described above. 'In order to allow the angler to directly confirm the position of the movable cover 4 2, in order to achieve this, a small hole may be used to penetrate the cover receiving portion 5 9 instead of the slits 7 1. Various means such as land formation.
