Abstract

The present invention is a method for configuring computer multi-boot execution mode during booting up, which employs a computer, wherein the computer comprises at least a basic input/output system (BIOS), a keyboard, and an embedded controller electrically connected with the keyboard, and for processing the key input from keyboard. The method includes the following steps: (A) pressing a default key on the keyboard and activating the power of computer, in which the default key is used to indicate the configuration of multi-boot execution mode during computer boot-up for the embedded controller; (B) the embedded controller will process the default key, and output the specific execution mode parameters; (C) the computer will read the specific execution mode parameters through the executing BIOS, and enters into the execution entry point for the specified execution mode to keep running.
