A tow hand baggage (1) includes a container (2) mounted and fixed to a chariot (3) lying outside the container (2). The chariot (3) includes a chassis (30) equipped with wheels (31, 32), wherein the chassis (30) includes a platen (33) on which rests the container (2) and a bracket (38) that prolongs the platen (33) perpendicularly against which is locked the container (2); and a telescopic arm (42) dependent on the chassis (30), wherein the telescopic arm (42) is provided with a handle (45) and extends substantially perpendicular to the platen (33).
