Abstract
A method for auto-detection and feedback of the polarizer dye mainly comprises: sampling the dye in the dye tank at fixed time; titrating the dye with the reagent after sampling; determining the concentration of the dye solution in the dye tank based on the potential difference before and after dye titration; adding mother dye solution into the dye tank at real time following the concentration variation of the dye solution in the dye tank; and controlling the mother dye solution amount added to the dye tank based on the concentration of the dye solution in the dye tank.
