Abstract

This invention describes a holding-device (10) for a mobile communication-terminal to install in a motor-car, where the holding-device (10) includes a fixation-module (60) with a fixation-element (64) to mount the fixation-module (60) on a motor-car; an inter-module (40), which can rotate relative to the fixation-module (60) ; and a holder-module (20), which can rotate relative to the inter-module (40) and has a reception-device (24) for the communication-terminal, where the holding-device (10) includes additionally a 1st holder-fixation-device (42) to detachably fix the inter-module (40) relative to the holder-module (20) and a 2nd holder-fixation-device (44) to detachably fix the fixation-module (60) relative to the inter-module (40), and by means of the 1st (42) and the 2nd holder-fixation-device (44), the reception-device (24) for the communication-terminal can be fixed relative to the fixation-element (64).
