Abstract

The present invention relates to a tiebarless injection molding machine clamping system, comprising: clamping front, middle and rear board and ejecting device, clamping device and buffering device. The clamping front and middle boards are capable of correspondingly holding the injection module. The clamping front board is in L-shape and has a frame extended from the bottom for correspondingly locking a linear slide track where the linear slide track is capable of providing an installment for the clamping middle board. An ejecting device is installed behind the clamping middle board where the ejecting device is pivoted with the clamping device and connected to the axle by screw. The clamping device is mounted on the clamping rear board, which is disposed with a set of buffering device for sustaining and absorbing the deformation and counterforce caused by the clamping force, and maintaining the clamping front and middle boards in a parallel orientation. The serving motor works as a major source of the clamping force and controlling source while a retarder is provided for increasing the torsion of the motor. The platform base of the present invention is a case without guide posts, so the clamping space is under a open status, which increasing the pushing torsion and the space of the platform, enabling the clamping system of the present invention suitable for being used in a various injection module with a enhanced flexibility.
