Abstract

The present invention of a device for instantly pre-heating dies comprises a heat conductive coil disposed between a first die and a second die. The heat conductive coil is a coil body in spiral shape having characteristics of conducting high cycle wave induction heat energy. When the first and the second dies are separated by a mechanical arm, the heat conductive coil is disposed between the first and the second dies, so that high cycle wave induction heat can take effect between the dies. Thus the surfaces of the first and the second dies can be pre-heated. As a result, not only its pre-heated efficiency is enhanced, electric energy can also be saved and at the same time, melted plastic inside the dies can flow smoothly.
