Abstract

This invention relates to a Cisplatin preparation. It comprises a Cisplatin injection solution accommodated in a light blocking plastic container. The Cisplatin injection solution is a pH 4.5 to 6.5 solution containing chloride ions in an amount of 0.45 w/v% or more. The plastic container has such light blocking property that for example, light of 470 nm or below is blocked but is permeable for oxygen. Alternatively, it provides a Cisplatin preparation comprising a light blocking plastic container. Wherein, the Cisplatin injection solution is accommodated and packed with a light blocking packaging material. The preparation in accordance with the invention ensures easy handling, it can be safely used while certainly avoiding the danger of tissue damage of personnel's skin at handling. In addition, it excels in storage stability with reducing deactivation or deterioration.
