Abstract

A method for stripping solvent from a non-fat blank using microwave comprises a step of forming a blank, a degreasing step, a drying step, a sintering step, and a step for completing a product. After a microwave-absorbable blank has been subjected to a solvent degreasing procedure, the blank is mounted in a microwave oven. The power of microwave and the microwaving time are adjusted to heat, dry and stripping solvent from the blank. Afterwards, the degreased semi-product is mounted in a sintering furnace in order to sinter the degreased blank. Then, the temperature of the sintered product is reduced to form a product. Thus, this invention can solve the problems associated with a conventional process – including odors caused by solvent, fire, explosion, damage to the environment, harmful to human body, unable to increase the evaporation rate, and high content of residue, etc., while achieving the objectives of accelerating the production, low residues, avoiding waste of energy caused by temperature increase/decrease, and solving the problems associated with heavy equipment.
