The slow releasing anti-algal and anti-Legionellal agent according to the present invention can be used in controlling or preventing the proliferation of Alga and bacteria of Legionella genus existing in circulating water of cooling towers, circulating cooling water of refrigerators, cold/warm water systems of warm swimming pools or baths etc., and hot water accumulation system.
