Abstract
The present invention discloses a kind of phase shift circuit, and semiconductor device and wireless communication apparatus using the same circuit capable of easily realizing high precision characteristic and reducing its occupancy area when a comparatively low carrier frequency is transmitted. The first distribution constant line (99) outputs a signal (CS1) inputted to an input terminal (96) from the first output terminal (93) after shifting its phase in accordance with a line length (LD). The second distribution constant line (97) outputs the signal (CS1) inputted to the input terminal (96) from the second output terminal (92) without shifting its phase substantially. Phase shift circuits (9a, 9b) can control the phases in accordance with the line length (LD) such that highly precise characteristics can be easily realized; and furthermore, even when the carrier frequency is comparatively low, the present invention can be composed of only the first distribution constant line (99) and the second distribution constant line (97) so as to reduce the occupancy area.
