Abstract

The purpose of the present invention is to produce stably at low cost synthetic resin molded article having a synthetic resin film decoration on the surface. The synthetic resin film can backlight and has metallic tone appearance. Furthermore, the decoration aspect can be three-dimensional. The synthetic resin film can be shaped in a mold. The measure taken in the invention to realize the purpose is to configure a recess portion, which locates on the releasing surface of the injection molding mold and allows inserting a synthetic resin film having an area larger than the projective area of the molded article, for injection molding. There is no need for an expensive film transportation device and shaping to a certain extent can be achieved in the mold. Film thickness or ink layer thickness can be determined for a decorated synthetic resin film and metal film installation can be performed also.
