A secured image communication system apparatus α includes communication line N, a secured image transmitting side apparatus A creating and transmitting the secured image to be deformed by the original image, and a secured image receiving side apparatus B creating a restored image according to the original image, on the basis of the secured image received through the communication line N, wherein the transmitting side apparatus A further includes an original image reading unit al, a password setting unit a2 and an image deforming unit a3, and the receiving side apparatus B further includes a secured image reading unit bl, a password inputting unit b2 and an image counter-deforming unit b3.
