200307781 (1) 玖、發明說明 【發明所屬之技術領域】 本發明是關於顯示有文字或繪圖等的顯示物之塑膠面 磚及此塑膠面磚之設置方法。 【先前技術】 將多數個的塑膠面磚舖設在由混泥土打造等所形成的 地板下地面而完成之舖設塑膠面磚地板，因淸掃的容易性 或淸潔感，所以用於餐飮店以及辦公室、公共設施等的各 種建築物。在日本專利特開平8-4264號中載示單是安設 在地板下地面之安置舖設型的塑膠面磚，不過過去一般性 的塑膠面磚則是用粘著劑固定於地板下地面。 與在此種的舖設塑膠面磚地板設有舖設此塑膠面磚地 板處相對應之顯示物，例如舖設塑膠磚爲店舖的地板時’ 會有在此種舖設塑膠面磚地板顯示對來客的問題或用來使 來客增加的宣傳廣告之顯示物的情況。過去，此類的顯示 物顯示在薄膜或面板等的顯示物媒體，用粘著劑等將此顯 示物媒體固定於舖設塑膠面磚地板的上面。 因此，舖設塑膠面磚地板，由於有多數的人步行’所 以爲使顯示物媒體不致從舖設塑膠面碍地板分開，而將顯 示物媒體牢固固定在舖設塑膠面磚地板上。然而，將顯示 物顯示在舖設塑膠面磚地板之作業或顯示物從舖設塑膠面 磚地板拆除之作業耗費太多的工時。 本發明之目的是提供能有效率進行舖設塑膠面磚地板 (2) (2)200307781 上之顯示物的顯示作業及拆除作業，使舖設塑膠面磚地板 的現場提升上述的作業性之具有顯示物的塑膠面磚及具有 顯示物的塑膠面磚之設置方法。 【發明內容】 本發明之具有顯示物的塑膠面磚，其特徵爲：大小和 形狀都與自由拆卸地安置在地板下地面之塑膠面磚相同， 且在表面顯示有文字或繪圖等的顯示物，能與前述塑膠面 磚自由更換，並且自由拆卸地安置在前述地板下地面。 此具有顯示物的塑膠面磚，由於與自由拆卸地安置在 地板下地面之塑膠面磚更換後安置在此地板下地面，因而 進行更換，則顯示在表面之文字或繪圖等之顯示物顯示在 舖設塑膠地板上；另外，從地板下地面拆下此具有顯示物 的塑膠面磚，則顯示物會從舖設塑膠面磚地板拆除。因而 將顯示物顯示在地板的作業及從地板拆除的作業都能容易 在短時間內進行，而能使舖設塑膠面磚地板的現場之作業 性提升。 將顯示物顯示在具有顯示物的塑膠面磚表面，能經由 以印刷或塗料將顯示物顯示在此塑膠面磚的表面或將以印 刷等顯示顯示物之薄膜固定粘著在此塑膠面磚的表面進行 0 經此方式而顯示在塑膠面磚的表面之顯示物的上面不 設置任何措施亦可，不過在顯示物的上面設置透明或半透 明的保護膜較爲理想。 -6 - (3) (3)200307781 因此，由於以保護膜來保護顯示物，因而即使在步行 量較多處的舖設塑膠面磚地板顯示顯示物也能長期維護顯 示物的顯示功能。 本發明具有顯示物的塑膠面磚之設置方法’其特徵爲 :將能自由拆卸地多數安置在地板下地面後修整地板之塑 膠面磚當中的至少1個從前述地板下地面拆下，大小及形 狀與此被拆下之塑膠面磚相同，將表面顯示有文字或繪圖 的顯示物之具有顯示物的塑膠面磚，自由拆卸地安置在被 拆下前述塑膠面磚之地板地面處。 依據此具有顯示物的塑膠面磚之設置方法，拆下多數 安置在地板下地面之塑膠面板當中的至少1個，再將表面 顯示有顯示物之具有顯示物的塑膠面磚安置在地板下地面 ，而形成爲顯示物顯示在舖設塑膠面磚地板上；另外具有 顯示物的塑膠面磚，由於自由拆卸地安置在地板下地面， 因而進行拆下具有顯示物的塑膠面磚，則形成爲顯示物從 舖設塑膠面磚地板拆除。 然而，顯示物顯示在舖設塑膠面磚地板之作業及顯示 物從舖設塑膠面磚地板拆除之作業能簡單地進行，在舖設 塑膠面磚地板的現場就能有效率進行上述的作業。 針對此具有顯示物的塑膠面磚之設置方法，與多數個 設置在地板下地面之塑膠面磚當中的至少1個更換後安置 在此地板下地面之具有顯示物的塑膠面磚即使是未在上述 地板下地面或其他地方的地板下地面使用過的全新塑膠面 磚亦可，或是用已在上述地板下地面或其他地方的地板下 (4) (4)200307781 地面使用過的塑膠面磚，安置在被拆下前述塑膠面磚之地 板下地面處而被再利用之塑膠面磚亦可。 另外，即使是此具有顯示物的塑膠面磚之設置方法’ 將顯示物顯示在具有顯示物的塑膠面磚的表面也能以印刷 或塗料將顯示物顯示在塑膠面磚的表面或將以印刷等顯示 顯示物之薄膜固定粘著在塑膠面磚的表面來進行。然後經 此方式顯示在塑膠面磚的表面之顯示物的上面不設置任何 措施亦可，不過在顯示物的上面設置半透明或透明的保護 膜較爲理想。 進而，當再利用具有顯示物的塑膠面磚並且在顯示物 的上面設置透明或半透明的保護膜時，在自由拆卸地安置 在被拆下前述塑膠面磚之地板下地面處之前，預先修補保 護膜較爲理想。 因此，即使在前次利用時所被再利用之具有顯示物的 塑膠面磚的保護膜被耗損，也能利用直到下次使用時爲止 仍繼續存放之時進行修補保護膜的作業，而能有效進行保 護膜的修補作業。 以上的本發明，顯示在具有顯示物的塑膠面磚之顯示 物爲文字的顯示物亦可，爲繪圖或圖案、模樣的顯示物亦 可，由上述的組合所形成之顯示物亦可。另外，當將具有 形成1個或複數個槪念的內容之顯示物顯示在舖設塑膠面 磚地板時，將此顯示物顯示在1個具有顯示物的塑膠面磚 表面亦可，或者是分開顯示在所被相鄰配置或中間夾隔1 個或複數個塑膠面碍而相互鄰近配置之複數個具有顯示物 -8- (5) (5)200307781 的塑膠面碍表面亦可。 另外’在更換具有顯示物的塑膠面磚之前自由拆卸地 安置在地板下地面之前述塑膠面磚爲表面沒有任何顯示物 之無顯示物塑膠面磚亦可，與前述具有顯示物的塑膠面磚 相同’爲表面有顯示物之具有顯示物的塑膠面磚亦可。 另外’當在具有顯示物的塑膠面磚之顯示物上面設置 前述過的保護膜時，此保護膜經由塗布作業加以設置亦可 ’經由噴頭的噴吹作業加以設置亦可。另外，保護膜的材 料用任意的材料即可，例如可以從以下材料當中選用i種 。未以聚氨酯強化之丙烯類樹脂材料、以聚氨酯強化之丙 烯類樹脂材料、氟類材料、矽類材料當中的有機材料（烷 氧基矽烷及N-丙基乙醇及鋁螯合物的混合物）、矽類材 料當中的無機材料（矽玻璃）、聚氨酯樹脂、環氧類樹脂 、陶瓷類樹脂。 另外，塑膠面碍本身的材料也是任意，塑膠面碍的全 部由塑膠形成亦可，一部分用塑膠之外的材料亦可。 另外，以上的本發明也能用於買斷型式的塑膠面磚， 也能用於當作租借契約的對象物之塑膠面磚。當本發明用 於當作租借契約的對象物之塑膠面磚時，由於能一貫性且 統一性實施更換安置在地板下地面之塑膠面磚的作業及管 理，因而能達到作業的更加效率化及管理的容易化。 進而，本發明能用於店面的地板或公共設施的地板、 以及展示場的地板等各種的地板；該地板爲建築物的地板 亦可，爲地下街等建築物的地板亦可。另外，該地板爲電 -9- (6) (6)200307781 氣配線舖設在內部之雙重地板亦可。 進而，本發明當然能用於全部地板組成材爲塑膠面磚 之地板，也能用於以塑膠面磚及其他種類的地板組合材（ 例如，木質面磚或毛氈）所組合而成的地板。 【實施方式】 爲了更加詳述本發明，利用附圖進行說明。 第1圖爲舖設有多數的塑膠面磚1而完成之店舖的舖 設塑膠面磚地板之平面圖。當作地板舖設材之這些塑膠面 磚1不是粘著在混泥土所打造形成之地板下地面而是自由 拆裝地安置，即是各別的塑膠面磚爲安置舖設式的塑膠面 磚。 此店舖地板的外圍由出入口 2、及面向街道的玻璃壁 3、及混泥土壁4所形成，出入口 2是以2個對開式的拉 門2A進行開閉。 在與混泥土壁4之地板的外圍相連接處，設著混泥土 壁4設置商品展示架5〜8，在遠離商品展示架5〜8之地板 的內側部分處也設置商品展示架9〜11。另外，在接近出 口 2之處設置收銀機1 2。 塑膠面磚1包括有四角形且是縱橫尺寸相同的正方形 之標準形塑膠面磚20、及經由切割此標形塑膠面磚20所 形成之不同形狀塑膠面磚30。 第2圖爲塑膠面磚1之剖面圖。此塑膠面磚1是以氯 乙烯爲主要材料，由下依序層疊底面層40、玻璃不織布 -10- (7) (7)200307781 層41、中間層42所形成，在該上面覆蓋表面薄膜43。然 後，在表層薄膜43的上面設置透明或半透明的保護膜44 。此保護膜44是經由塗敷形成保護膜之石鱲的塗敷作業 、或用噴射器噴吹形成保護膜之材料的噴吹作業加以設置 〇 在完成第1圖的舖設塑膠面碍地板之多數的標準形塑 膠面磚20當中接近出入口 2處所舖設之合計7個塑膠面 磚20A的表面，逐一顯示「W」、「E」、「L」、「C」 、「0」、「Μ」、「E」的顯示物50，然後在具有這些 顯示物的塑膠面磚20A依此順序相鄰配置。顯示物50是 以印刷顯示在第2圖所示的表層薄膜43，在此表層薄膜 43的上面覆蓋透明或半透明的保護膜44。 第1圖中，具有顯示物的塑膠面磚20A以外的標準 形塑膠面磚20爲表面沒有任何顯示物之塑膠面磚20F。 以上塑膠面磚1的全部，即是全部的標準形塑膠面磚 20及全部的不同形狀塑膠面磚3 0爲租借契約的對象物。 第3圖爲表示塑膠面磚1持有者用來存放塑膠面磚1 的存放倉庫60之槪念圖。此存放倉庫60與塑膠面磚1的 製造工廠相同的建築物亦可，在與此製造工廠相同的基地 中所建造的製造工廠不同棟的建築物亦可，與製造工廠不 同的基地中所建造的建築物亦可，與塑膠面磚的製造公司 完全無關的建築物亦可。 在存放倉庫60中存放：在第1圖的舖設塑膠面碍地 板顯示有出貨之前的「W」、「E」、「L」、「C」、「 -11 -
