袋子內面的突條等也將隨著夾鏈熔解而導致扁平化,這樣 一來恐有降低手指防滑手段功能之虞。於是,爲了防止上 述突條因熔解而形成扁平化的情形產生,則又發展出即使 I谷解也保持一疋長度地’預先延長突條等長度的做法, 但是在這種單存地延長突條的結構中,由於製作袋子的過 程中突條容易傾倒故有其製作上的困難,更因爲突條朝袋 子內側突出的長度過長,使得手指不易伸入袋子的開口內 ,反而降低袋子的開閉性。 方式一體成型地貼合於袋本體,但倘若直接熱融著具有突 起部的夾鏈整體,將會因熱量使突起部熔解產生扁平化, 恐有導致降低手指防滑效果之虞。而本發明中,藉由使突 起部以外的部分融著於袋側,形成突起部不會融著於袋側 的構成方式’可以避免突起部被熔解所產生的扁平化,使 突起部充分發揮本案中手指防滑手段的功效。 此外,在本發明的密封袋中,前述突起部是形成面對 前述袋本體的深度方向,並配設在相同位置的結構,但也 傳統密封袋之突起部大小的夾鏈部側面剖面圖,其中(a -16- (12) (12)200306163 )爲本發明第1實施形態,(b )爲傳統的密封袋。 如上述各圖所示,本實施形態之具有夾鏈的密封袋是 由:於其中一側具有開口部1 a之袋狀的袋本體丨;及具備 貼合於該袋本體1開口部1 a附近之凹凸咬合式夾鏈1 0的密 封袋所構成。 而5在作爲貼合於袋本體1內面的夾鍵10之母材的一* 對帶1 1的緣部,具備突出於袋子內外面,作爲開啓袋子時 之手指防滑手段的一對突起部20 ( 20a、20b )。 袋本體1,爲其中一側形成開口的袋狀樹脂製的袋體 。通常該袋本體1,是由2張平面呈矩形的樹脂製薄膜(雌 側薄膜2及雄側薄膜3 )重疊、或彎折1張樹脂製薄膜後重 疊後,如第3圖所示地,藉由利用熱融著等手段使形成開 口部1 a側之外的其他3側(或2側)貼合(請參考第3圖中 的貼著部5
