Abstract

The invention relates to a powder-extinguishing installation for fitting to a powder-extinguishing vehicle or for installation in a combined extinguishing vehicle. A container (16) filled with the extinguishing powder (28) is connected to a high-pressure propellant gas (2) via a charging line (23). The high-pressure propellant gas is brought to a low pressure via a two-stage pressure-reducing device (3, 5) and is added to the extinguishing powder (28).
